80后某男人殴打怀孕女友索要陪睡费

女方身怀有孕被男方抛弃，且男方还反过来向女方讨要“陪睡费”及殴打女方男方叫聂XX，81年生人，河池人。是某寿险公司的一名普通职员。
    男女双方经人介绍相识相恋，三个月前女方意外怀孕，聂某却在这时无故狠心翻脸不认人及提出分手，更否认女方肚里的孩子是他的亲骨肉。女方伤心之余曾对自己自残过。聂某对其怀孕女友不仅不理不闻不问，还恶言恐吓女方及其亲属，更无耻的要求女方给他“陪睡费”。

    6月19日晚八点多，聂某和其友人一起在检查院宿舍门口跟踪及殴打其女友，致使女方头上身上多处软组织损伤，随后打了其怀孕女友的聂某竟然反拨打110，诽谤其女友敲诈他。女方心理上遭受的打击致使她过后的这些天精神方面出现异常……
    聂XX身为一大男人，竟然做出这种令人发指的事情
    希望各位给女方出出主意，女方现该如何是好？！
